For retirees and those nearing retirement our comprehensive wealth management service consists of financial planning and integrated investment management. Clients can also choose to implement services on a modular basis if comprehensive services are not needed or desired.

For small business owners, we combine our wealth management services with our knowledge of defined contribution and benefit plans to create unique tax savings and asset protection strategies.

Small business owners have the greatest number of financial options available to them. Sometimes the number of options create more confusion than anything.

Our goal as financial advisors is to educate you on your options so your can make an informed decision.  Once you understand the options, it is easy to narrow the solution to a few choices.

We also make an effort to surround ourselves with a team of specialists who can assist with implementing some of the more sophisticated solutions we develop.

 

For businesses sponsoring defined contribution or defined benefit employee retirement plans, we provide, plan design, financial advisory services, and ongoing Fiduciary consultation.

We offer our services as consultants on a fixed rate fee schedule and sever in a co-fiduciary role for ongoing plan management. Many plans in operation today have financial professionals who are  brokers serving as sales representatives for a particular company. As a result they can’t function as a a co-fiduciary due to the conflict of interest in servicing the company they represent and the plan participants.

With ERISA lawsuits increasing at a rate of 25% per year, many employers are reevaluating their fiduciary role and the service providers they use. As co-fiduciary, we help you fulfill your fiduciary obligations

Fee Structure

Comprehensive financial plans are a fixed $1500 fee. Planning and consulting services are also available at an hourly rate of $175. Fees are determined based upon the nature and complexity of each client's circumstances. All fees are agreed upon prior to entering into a contract for services.

 

Portfolio Management Fees

Fees are charged for managing investment portfolios as a percentage of assets under management. The following schedule applies to assets under management (AUM)for individuals, estates, trusts, pension plans, and charitable organizations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

           

          
The fees are graduated and paid in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis billed to the client and debited directly from the portfolio. The minimum account size is $250,000 and the minimum annual fee is $2,500. Clients with investable assets under the minimums will be considered based upon their overall situation.
